ALADDIN PANTO

Two months ago the school went to the panto 'Aladdin' in the Gaiety Theatre. We had three busses going and there was excitement in everyone. The children couldn't wait to get there and were very hyper. We stopped at St.Steven's Green park to get a break and have some lunch. We would recommend St.Steven's as a very good park for activities. Then we were off again. It was only about ten minutes before we finally parked and started walking to the Gaiety. When we got there everyone was saying how big it was. The most excited and hyper people were the Junior's because it was their first time to the panto.

The panto was probably the best one yet.
There were great sound effects and the acting was well rehearsed. The effort put in to the detail and costumes was brilliant. Three of our pupils took part in the start of the panto. The singing was great and the music was so loud we are sure everyone could hear. A lot of children liked the genie and lots of other characters. The children were allowed to bring treats. It was the Junior's first time and a lot of them said they would go next time. Everyone was well behaved. All the children and teacher's enjoyed it and had a great time.
